本文叙述了在矽砖炉顶麦尔茨式小型碱性平炉中试制电工用工业纯铁的生产性试验的经过和要求,并介绍了该种产品的性能试验结果。冶炼10炉的结果,除有一炉S出格外,各炉均符合于ΓOCT3836-47深冲和电工用工业纯铁的的化学成份,理化性能试验证明偏析较小,在退火处理前的晶粒度并不够粗大(5~6级)成品之组织全部为纯铁体,因而有利于塑性及电磁性能。目前情况是O型夹杂比较严重,电解夹杂以FeO用Al_2O_3较多,影响电磁性能,最大磁透率和顽磁力能符合ΓOCT3836-47标准,瑞士ASSAB标准以及苏联??2900-12规格。试验也初步提出了轧制较薄花色务使焊合良好,经在不氧化保护气体中热处理使其晶粒粗大均能改进成品的电磁性能。在冶炼轧制过程本文着重研究了去S去P去Mn去C和轧制条件,对脱S以制造高氧化铁高碱度的熔渣具有良好的作用,对后期去Mn较有兴趣的C降至0.1%时向熔池吹氧并加铁屑能提供较大的效果在降C则使用了向熔池直接吹氧的操作,轧制条件则避免纯铁的三个脆性区域。生产试验的结果说明小型碱性平炉炼制工业纯铁是有条件的,较系统的分析为生产和操作要点,并为进一步研究提出了参考的数据。
This paper describes the production process of industrial pure iron for electrotechnical trial in a small-scale Melter-type small alkaline hearth furnace on the top of a silicon steel brick kiln, and presents the performance test results of the product. In the process of smelting and rolling, this paper focuses on the C and C rolling conditions of de-S to P-Mn, has a good effect on de-S to produce slag with high basicity and high alkalinity, and is more interested in C Oxygen reduction to the melt pool with addition of iron filings to the melt bath at 0.1% provides a greater effect. C reduces the direct blow of oxygen to the melt bath while the rolling conditions avoid the three brittle areas of pure iron. The results of the production test show that the small alkaline hearth refining industrial pure iron is conditional, the systematic analysis is the key point of production and operation, and the reference data are provided for further research.
