新奥法理论立足于岩体力学,并充分利用围岩的自承能力,合理地进行隧道设计与施工。新奥法很重视隧道施工过程中在现场所进行的系统量测资料及隧道开挖后观察围岩动态,以便判断围岩的稳定情况。为了发挥围岩的自承效应,锚喷支护起着很重要的作用。但是以锚喷为主的初期支护状态,作为永久建筑物的可靠性及长期保持围岩的稳定性,仍然是个问题。因为隧道竣工后,要供给列车和人通行,其安全性特别重要。
The theory of the new Austrian law based on rock mechanics, and make full use of the surrounding rock self-bearing capacity, reasonable tunnel design and construction. The new Austrian law attaches great importance to the tunnel construction process at the site of the system measurement data and tunnel excavation observation of the surrounding rock dynamics in order to determine the stability of the surrounding rock. In order to play a self-supporting effect of rock, anchor spray support plays a very important role. However, the initial support state based on anchor spray, the reliability of permanent structures and the long-term stability of surrounding rock are still problems. Because the tunnel is completed, to provide access to trains and people, its security is particularly important.
