探讨P53癌基因在乳腺癌中的表达及与增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的关系;方法:利用免疫组化法对59例乳腺癌石蜡切片,检测P53,PCNA,并与肿瘤大小、腋淋巴结状况、组织学分级进行比较;结果:P53表达与肿瘤大小、腋淋巴结转移显著相关(P<005)、与组织学分级无关(P>005),与PCNA显著相关(P<001);结论:P53蛋白在乳腺癌中具有一定的预后价值,其可能通过P53癌基因突变后,使肿瘤细胞PCNA激活,促进DNA复制增加,导致细胞不断繁殖、分裂,促进肿瘤细胞生长、转移
To investigate the expression of P53 oncogene in breast cancer and its relationship with proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA). Methods: Fifty-nine cases of breast cancer were paraffin-embedded and detected for P53, PCNA, and tumor size, axillary lymph node status, and immunohistochemistry. Histological grades were compared; Results: P53 expression was significantly associated with tumor size, axillary lymph node metastasis (P<0. 05), and had no association with histological grade (P>0.sup.05), and was significantly associated with PCNA (P<0.sup.01). Conclusion: P53 protein has a certain prognostic value in breast cancer, which may be through the P53 oncogene mutation, the activation of PCNA tumor cells, promote DNA replication, resulting in continuous cell reproduction, division, and promote tumor cell growth and metastasis
