随着经济水平的不断提高,人们的审美水平也在不断提高,人们对于舞蹈艺术的理解与掌握也越来越多,更加期望能看到更多有内涵而又充满美感的舞蹈。民族舞是在一定地域内发展起来,反映人们日常劳动与生活,及当地风俗民情的一种舞蹈,一直是中国人所引以为豪的文化财富,而藏族作为占地面积最大的一个民族,是中国不可分割的一部分,藏族传统舞蹈也值得研究与学习,其发展也是必须引起重视的。本文作者对藏族舞的审美特征及美学思想进行了长期的研究,把握了藏族传统舞蹈在身韵肢体语言等方面的民族特色,希望能够提高学生学习藏族舞蹈的美感,使藏族舞教学在审美上有较大的提高。
