扩散加权成像(diffusion weighted imaging,DWI)是近年发展起来的新技术,用于显示以水分子扩散运动为基础的组织特征[1~3]。近期一些研究报道了DWI检测肺癌、乳腺癌、甲状腺癌、结肠癌、前列腺癌等多种恶性肿瘤的效果[4]。由于DWI对水分子运动非常敏感,使其突破了呼吸运动、心脏和动脉搏动、肠蠕动等影响的障碍,成功用于腹、盆腔影像学检查,增强了MRI对女性盆腔病变评估的作用和潜能[5~7]。现就近年来DWI在妇科肿瘤中的临床应用及其诊断价值综述如下。
Diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) is a new technique developed in recent years to show the tissue characteristics based on the diffusion of water molecules [1-3]. Some recent studies have reported the effect of DWI in the detection of many malignancies such as lung cancer, breast cancer, thyroid cancer, colon cancer and prostate cancer [4]. Because DWI is very sensitive to the movement of water molecules, it breaks through the obstacles such as respiratory motion, heart and arterial pulsation, bowel movement and so on, and has been successfully used in abdominal and pelvic imaging studies to enhance the function and potential of MRI in evaluating women’s pelvic lesions. [5 ~ 7]. In recent years, DWI in gynecologic oncology clinical application and its diagnostic value are summarized below.
