为了更好地贯彻科研工作必须面向国民经济为生产建设服务的方针,便于水利同行与社会各界了解西北水科所的科研业务。本刊特刊登西北水科所现有八个专业研究室的主要业务范围、试验设备、及对外服务项目的简要介绍。热忱欢迎与外单位开展横向联合、协作攻关、技术交流和业务往来。
In order to better carry out scientific research, we must face the principle of serving the national economy for production and construction so as to make it easier for water conservancy counterparts and all sectors of society to understand the scientific research business of Northwest Water Scientific Research Institute. The issue of special publication of the Northwest Water Branch of the existing eight professional laboratory of the main business scope, test equipment, and a brief introduction of external services. We warmly welcome horizontal cooperation with other units, collaborative research, technology exchange and business dealings.
