德国统一后,波恩政府如何改造东部经济使之转入市场经济轨道,并希求进一步得到振兴,引起广泛关注。不少国家派代表前往考察,以资惜鉴。在中国改革紧锣密鼓之际,德国东部国有经济的大规模改革中无论是经验还是教训,都值得我们认真加以研究。
After the reunification of Germany, how did the Bonn government transform the eastern economy into a market economy and sought further rejuvenation, arousing widespread concern. Many countries sent representatives to visit for information. At a time of intense reform in China, neither the experience nor the lessons learned in the large-scale reform of the state economy in eastern Germany deserve our careful study.
