钼是人体内必需的微量元素之一,是黄嘌呤氧化酶及醛氧化酶的重要成份,对生物氧化有重要作用。有人报道,钼与硒对心肌细胞膜的完整性有同样的保护作用,给培养基里加钼可以使培养心肌细胞生长发育良好,存活时间延长,这些结果表明钼对心肌细胞的代谢有明显影响,但对心肌细胞电、机械活动有否影响,未见这方面的报道,所以我们就钼酸钠对离体心肌细胞动作电位和心肌收缩力的影响进行了初步的研究,为进一步探讨钼与心脏生理及某些心脏病的关系提供线索。
