目的:探究低分子肝素钙联合肾炎康复片治疗原发性肾病综合症的临床效果。方法:从2013年5月到2015年6月于我院治疗的原发性肾病综合征患者100例为研究对象,随机的采用低分子肝素钙联合肾炎康复片治疗的观察组(50例)与仅采用低分子肝素钙进行资料的对照组(50例)。两组均治疗12周,疗程结束后对患者的疗效进行观察。测定观察组与对照组的原发性肾病综合征患者的24h尿蛋白定量、血白蛋白、血液粘度、总胆固醇等指标。结果:采用低分子肝素钙联合肾炎康复片的观察组共有31例显效,占62.0%,有效16例,占32%,3例无效占6.0%,总有效47例,占94.0%.采用低分子肝素钙治疗的对照组共25例显效,占50.0%,13例有效,占26.0%,无效12例,占24.0%,总有效38例,占76.0%,两组疗效具有同居差异(P<0.05)。两组经治疗之后,观察组各项数值指标降低明显,观察组的改善情况明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均未发生药物引起的不良反应。结论:采用低分子肝素钙联合肾炎康复片治疗原发性肾病综合征切实有效,有效改善肾功能,值得推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of low molecular weight heparin combined with nephritis kangfu tablets in the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome. Methods: 100 patients with primary nephrotic syndrome treated in our hospital from May 2013 to June 2015 were randomly divided into observation group (n = 50) and low-molecular-weight heparin combined with nephritis- Only low molecular weight heparin calcium data for the control group (50 cases). Both groups were treated for 12 weeks, after the end of the course of treatment of patients were observed. The 24-hour urinary protein, serum albumin, blood viscosity and total cholesterol were measured in patients with primary nephrotic syndrome in the observation group and the control group. Results: In the observation group with low molecular weight heparin and nephritis, 31 cases were markedly effective, accounting for 62.0%, effective 16, accounting for 32%, 3 ineffective accounting for 6.0%, total effective 47, accounting for 94.0% 25 cases of heparin calcium control group were markedly effective, accounting for 50.0%, 13 cases were effective, accounting for 26.0%, 12 cases were ineffective, accounting for 24.0%, the total effective 38 cases, accounting for 76.0% ). After treatment, the numerical indexes in the observation group decreased significantly, and the improvement in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). No drug-induced adverse reactions occurred in either group. Conclusion: Low molecular weight heparin combined with nephritis Kangxu tablets in the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome is effective and effective in improving renal function, it is worth promoting.
