从2002年以来,“招牌挂”出让国有储备土地成为土地市场的主流,青岛市国有土地储备中心的土地出让的具体执行工作走在了全国的前列。2004年,鉴于整个宏观经济环境和城市地产发展情势的改变,青岛市的土地出让方式在“招牌挂”比例上做了一些调整,适当扩大挂牌出让土地的比例。日前,从青岛市国土资源和房屋管理局获悉,经青岛市政府批准,下月将公开挂牌出让四幅储备地块的国有土地使用权。位于湖南路南、广西路北、蒙阴路西的1号地块要建30层左右的高层。此地块紧临人流如潮的青岛火车站,南侧是华联商厦,与中山路很近。该地块土地总面积为5272.8平方米,土地用途为商业和住宅;其中,商业用地1054.9平方
