2009~2011年进行了贵州南部地区鸭茅种子生产的高产品种选择、不同生育期施氮量以及不同种植行距对鸭茅种子产量的影响等关键技术研究。结果表明,黔草4号鸭茅新品种单位面积生殖枝数、种子粒数、结实率等种子产量构成因素明显优于对照品种(国外引进品种),可用于替代国外引进品种作为贵州鸭茅生产的当家品种大量繁种推广应用,以黔草4号鸭茅为供试品种的不同生育期氮肥施用量和行距对种子产量影响试验表明,不同生育期不同施氮量处理的种子产量差异极显著,分蘖期或孕穗期追施氮肥225 kg/hm2可获得鸭茅种子694.5~723 kg/hm2的高产水平,在贵州南部鸭茅种子生产中,适宜种植行距应为65 cm。
