本文研究了碳钢及两种合金钢,经渗硼后渗层中Fe_2B的择尤取向程度与沿渗层深度的分布。研究结果表明:在相同的渗硼条件下(950℃/6h),钢的含碳量及合金元素含量不同,除渗硼层的形态具有众所周知的明显不同外,剥层x射线衍射分析结果表明:1),无论哪种渗层形态,沿方向均有明显的择尤取向;2),渗硼初期生成的Fe_2B是无择尤取向的;3),在层深较厚时,Fe_2B的晶向与试样表面相垂直的择尤取向程度由表面向心部逐渐加大,但在这一加大过程中择尤取向程度是有波动的;4),经第二次渗硼后的试样,Fe_2B的晶向的择尤取向程度较第一次渗硼试样的更大。
