翻边轴承系指轴承和止推片连成一体的轴承。这种轴承结构具有原材料消耗低,加工工序少,经济技术效果良好等优点,是当前国内轴承制造的发展方向。一九七四年底,我厂接受了辽宁五号汽车轴瓦的配套任务,我厂“三结合”小组高举鞍钢宪法的伟大红旗,学习大庆的革命精神,群策群力,因陋就简,土法上马,反复试验,在较短的时间内,试制成功了翻边铝基轴承,经试验和使用鉴定效果较好。
