横拉门船闸门库结构复杂且为薄壁结构,其温度应力易受施工期外界环境温度的影响,在实际施工中,横拉门船闸门库的浇筑季节不同则对应不同的边界条件。为此,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件并结合Fortran程序,对门库不同浇筑季节的温度应力进行仿真分析,并选取门库底板不同浇筑季节的温度和应力情况进行比较。结果表明,在高温季节浇筑会出现较大拉应力,有出现温度裂缝的危险,在实际施工中应尽量避免在高温季节浇筑。
Due to the complex structure and thin-walled structure, the thermal stress of gate and gate bank of transverse sliding door is easily affected by the external ambient temperature during construction. In practical construction, the different pouring season for the gatehouse of transverse sliding gate corresponds to different boundary conditions. Therefore, using ANSYS finite element analysis software combined with Fortran program, the temperature stress in different pouring seasons of the gatehouse is simulated and analyzed, and the temperature and stress conditions in different pouring seasons of the gatehouse are compared. The results show that there will be large tensile stress during pouring in high temperature season, and there is danger of temperature cracking. In actual construction, pouring should be avoided in high temperature season.
