中国辉煌的历史孕育了华夏文明并传承至今,这是每个中华儿女的骄傲。然而在改革开放后,尤其是中国加入世界贸易组织组织之后,越来越多的进口大片、进口电视剧、进口漫画对我国的传统文化和文化消费市场产生了强大的冲击,很多人产生了中国传统文化正在衰退的感想。而我国政府,对于外来文化对中国文化产业的冲击,多数采用行政命令的围追堵截,效果并不理想,甚至激起国内一片批评之声。如何正确保护我国文化产业免受外来文化冲击,推进文化产业进一步发展,合适的立法将是一个法治社会的首要选择。
The glorious history of China gave birth to the Chinese civilization and inherited so far, which is the pride of every sons and daughters of China. However, after the reform and opening up, especially after China’s accession to the World Trade Organization, more and more imported large-scale films, imported television dramas and imported cartoons have had a powerful impact on China’s traditional and cultural consumer markets. Many people have come to China’s traditional Culture is feeling a recession. As for the impact of foreign cultures on the Chinese cultural industry, most of our governments use the executive order to run after them. The result is not satisfactory and even provokes a voice of criticism in our country. How to properly protect our cultural industry from the impact of foreign cultures and promote the further development of the cultural industry, and appropriate legislation will be the primary choice of a society ruled by law.
