随着国内经济的快速发展,将IT技术置于企业的战略地位,已经是公认的企业发展的必由之路。但在这个过程中,企业IT的战略规划、实施及运行往往跟不上企业业务的高速发展,IT基础架构缺乏必要的灵活性和对未来的适应能力,难以应对业务今天和明天的发展。头痛医头,脚痛医脚式的IT规划及实施,弊端层出不穷。
With the rapid development of the domestic economy, placing IT technology in the strategic position of an enterprise is already the only way recognized by the enterprise for its development. However, in the process, the strategic planning, implementation and operation of enterprise IT often can not keep up with the rapid development of enterprise business. The IT infrastructure lacks the necessary flexibility and ability to adapt to the future and is difficult to cope with the business development today and tomorrow.
