本文报告4例同种异体肾移植术的临床资料。通过实践,体会到提高手术成功率及延长术后存活时间的关键在于术前严格选择适应症;做好血液透析、组织配型等准备工作;术时操作细致、迅速;术后应尽早发现并有效处理急性排异反应或其他并发症。作者还提出了本手术适应症的6条标准,指出急性排异反应具有“四高三低二肿”和同一病例多次排异临床表现相同的特点。
This article reports 4 cases of allograft renal transplantation clinical data. Through practice, the key to improving the success rate of operation and prolonging the postoperative survival time is to strictly select the indications before surgery; to do the preparation work such as hemodialysis and tissue matching; to make the operation meticulous and prompt during operation; to discover as soon as possible after operation Effective treatment of acute rejection or other complications. The authors also proposed six criteria for this indication of surgery, pointing out that acute rejection has the same characteristics as multiple rejection in the same case.
