本文应用控制图理论探讨了邮电通信网的质量管理问题。 在长途电信网部分指出,对于逾限率、退号率等质量指标需要应用x_(cs)选控图进行控制。本文提出在σ_i≠σ情况下的x_(cs)图的工作原理。这是对文献[1]中选控图用于σ_i=σ情况的一个补充。 在市话通信网部分指出,对于质量指标接通率和设备障碍率可分別用x_(cs)和c_(cs)选控图进行控制。 在邮政通信网部分指出,根据质量指标与交换量是否相关而分别采用p_(cs)选控图与p控制图进行控制。本文并提出p_(cs)选控图的第一个实例。 本文所提出的理论和方法适用于通信网的各级网络。所附省内长途电信网与全国邮政网两个实例可供参考,它们也是本文理论的实际验证。
This paper discusses the quality management of post and telecommunications network by using control chart theory. In the long-distance telecommunication network, it is pointed out that quality indicators such as over-limit rate and call-back rate need to be controlled by the x_ (cs) selection chart. In this paper, the working principle of x_ (cs) graph in the case of σ_i ≠ σ is proposed. This is a complement to the case of the control chart in [1] for σ_i = σ. In the local communication network, it is pointed out that the quality control rate and equipment failure rate can be controlled by x_ (cs) and c_ (cs) control charts respectively. In the postal communication network, it is pointed out that p_ (cs) control chart and p control chart are respectively controlled according to whether the quality index is related to the exchange volume. In this paper, the first example of p_ (cs) selection chart is proposed. The theory and method proposed in this paper are applicable to all levels of communication networks. Attached to the province long-distance telecommunications network and the National Postal Network two examples for reference, they are also the actual verification of this theory.
