问:中俄两国的能源合作历史源远流长,在世界能源市场产生巨大变动的新形势下,中俄能源合作未来会呈现怎样的新特点?答:近年来中俄两国在能源领域的关系越来越密切,两国已经构建起了整个向中国提供石油、天然气的供货体系。众所周知石油是俄罗斯的传统战略性产品,石油也影响了俄罗斯包括苏联的整个工业体系的构成。在21世纪石油对俄罗斯来说依旧是非常重要的产品。

The closer the two countries have built up their entire supply system for oil and natural gas to China. It is well-known that oil is a traditional Russian strategic product and oil has also affected the composition of Russia’s entire industrial system, including the Soviet Union. In the 21st century, oil is still a very important product for Russia.
