“京城四少”现象反映了当前部分“富二代”公民意识的严重缺失。他们当务之急需要做的是,树立正确的财富观,增强社会责任教育,增强公民意识。而这一切的起点,则要从做一名“社会合格公民”开始。
The phenomenon of “fewer capital cities” reflects the serious lack of civic awareness in the current “rich second generation”. What they need to do urgently is to establish a correct concept of wealth, enhance education on social responsibility and enhance civic awareness. And all this starting point, we must start from a “socially acceptable citizens ”.
