艺术创作,从来不反对雕饰、润色。艺术之所以有别于自然,概与雕饰有关。“巧饰粉黛意最真,”关键在于“巧”。巧,即是合理、得当,即是自然的顺势顺情的夸张。不饰易露,过饰为伪,露与伪皆要失去艺术美的本质。然而,纵观我们当前的歌曲创作,确有雕饰失当的现象.这现象愈演愈烈,便要形成华而不实的曲风了.与此相关,同样促成华而不实的是过份注重了技巧性而忽视了可唱性;注重了怪僻性和新异牲而忽视了质朴性和平易性。过饰、怪僻、新异都不是美。美,就是自然基础上的适当表现。《淮南子说林训》中说得生动:“白玉不雕,美珠不文,质有余也”。
