如何做好小学语文教学工作,进一步提高语文教学质量始终是小学语文教师努力的共同目标。尤其是现如今在新课程改革趋势的引领下,要求小学语文教师必须对自身的语文教育教学观念与教育教学方式做出相应的完善与改革,以此适应新课改需求,将小学语文教育工作提升到一个全新的高度。也正因如此,本文笔者结合个人多年从事小学语文教学工作的实践经验,就如何做好小学语文教学工作提出几点个人的粗浅建议,以供参考。
