目的:为临床深入研究难愈性创面提供良好的实验模型.方法:采用新西兰白兔9只.首先通过动脉灌注了解兔耳动脉走行分布,然后结扎兔耳中央动脉及头侧动脉之总干,用活检打孔器在耳背制成d=6mm的4个对称的圆形创面,进行创面一般观察、连续的兔耳皮温测定及静脉血气分析.结果:血管结扎后各时间点皮温及氧分压、氧饱和度与血管结扎前比较均有明显下降(P<0.01).结论:结扎中央动脉及头侧动脉后制成的兔耳缺血模型确切可靠.
Objective: To provide a good experimental model for further clinical study of refractory wounds. Methods: Nine New Zealand white rabbits were used. Firstly, the artery distribution of rabbit ear artery was studied by arterial perfusion, and then the total dryness of the central artery and the cranial artery of the rabbit ear was ligated. Four symmetrical circular wounds with d = 6mm were made on the dorsum of the ear with a biopsy punch. , Continuous rabbit ear skin temperature determination and venous blood gas analysis. Results: The skin temperature and oxygen partial pressure, oxygen saturation and vascular saturation were significantly decreased at each time point after vascular ligation (P <0.01). Conclusion: The ligation of the central artery and the cranial artery made of rabbit ear ischemia model is reliable.
