校企双主体、学徒双身份、培养双场所及实施标准一体化是现代学徒制的突出特征,校企合作深度是影响现代学徒制尤其是工科传统专业该项改革成败的关键。中山火炬职业技术学院依托国家级高新区的八大国家产业基地,以“院(学院)园(园区)”融合为路径,实践探索出“政产学研一体管理、课岗合一能力导向课程体系建设、岗位学分弹性教学管理”等创新机制,将园区企业管理纳入教学过程,积累了产教合一现代学徒培养的成功经验。
The dual subject of school-enterprise, apprenticeship dualism, training of double places and the implementation of standard integration are the prominent features of modern apprenticeship. The depth of school-enterprise cooperation is the key to the success or failure of modern apprenticeship, especially the traditional engineering major. Zhongshan Torch Polytechnic relies on the eight national industrial bases of the state-level high-tech development zones and takes “integration of colleges and universities (parks) Curriculum system construction, position credit flexible teaching management ”and other innovative mechanisms, the park enterprise management into the teaching process, has accumulated a successful modern training of industry and education apprenticeship.
