在四川和湖北进行药用植物调查,发现毛叶五味子Schisandra pubescens及其变种毛脉五味子S.pubescens var.pubinervis,从毛叶五味子中首次分离得到量多的五味子酚和五味子甲素.用高效液相色谱法,进行了有效成分分析,结果表明,种子中的木脂素较根、茎高.种于中五味子酚含量最高(2.63-7.57%),其次为甲素(0.46-2.27%).药理实验结果,毛叶五味子醇提物有明显的降低血清转氨酶(SGPT)和镇静作用.
A survey of medicinal plants in Sichuan and Hubei revealed that Schisandra pubescens and its variegated S.pubescens var.pubiner vis were isolated from Schisandra chinensis for the first time to obtain a large amount of schizandrol and schisandrin. The analysis of the effective components by phase chromatography showed that the lignans in the seeds were higher than the roots and stems. The species had the highest content of schisandrin (2.63-7.57%), followed by A (0.46-2.27%). The results of pharmacological experiments showed that the ethanol extract of Schisandra schneideri significantly reduced the serum transaminase (SGPT) and sedative effect.
