为集中力量,统一领导,增强能力,促使海洋石油设计水平上一个新台阶,以适应海洋石油开发工程建设发展的需要,中国海洋石油总公司决定:自1992年4月1日起,将海洋石油开发工程设计公司、渤海石油公司工程设计公司和南海西部石油公司勘察设计所三合一,组建中国海洋石油总公司海洋石油开发工程设计公司。该公司为总公司直接领导,总部设在北京,并在北京、塘沽和湛江设三个分部。三个分部的名称分别为:中国海洋石油总公司海洋石油开发工程设计(北京)公司、中国海洋石油总公司海洋石油开发工程设计(塘沽)公司、中国海洋石油总公司海洋石油开发工程设计(湛江)公司。
In order to concentrate forces, unify leadership and enhance capabilities, and promote the design of offshore oil to a new level in order to meet the needs of the development and construction of offshore oil development projects, CNOOC decided that since April 1, 1992, CNOOC Development Engineering Design Company, Bohai Petroleum Engineering and Design Company and the South China Sea Oil Company Survey and Design Institute of three in one, the formation of China National Offshore Oil Corporation offshore oil development engineering design company. The company is directly headquartered and headquartered in Beijing and has three divisions in Beijing, Tanggu and Zhanjiang. The names of the three divisions are: Offshore Oil Development Engineering Design (Beijing) Co., Ltd. of China National Offshore Oil Corporation, Offshore Oil Development Engineering Design (Tanggu) Co., Ltd. of China National Offshore Oil Corporation, Offshore Oil Development Engineering Design of CNOOC Zhanjiang) company.
