为提高金银花叶品质,研究不同干燥方法对金银花叶有效成分含量及抑菌效果的影响。分别采用晒干、阴干、冷冻干燥、鼓风干燥和真空干燥方法对金银花叶进行干燥,通过感官分析、高效液相色谱检测和体外抑菌试验研究干燥方法对金银花叶有效成分及抑菌效果等品质的影响。结果表明,真空干燥对叶片颜色影响最小,叶片为绿色;鼓风干燥、阴干、冷冻干燥其次;晒干对叶片颜色影响最大,叶片偏黑色。在成分方面,不同干燥方法对成分含量影响较大,其中鼓风干燥、真空干燥绿原酸、木犀草苷总峰的面积均较大;采用其它干燥方法有效成分损失较多。在抑菌方面,不同干燥方法处理的金银花叶提取物抑菌效果差异显著,其中鼓风干燥和真空干燥抑菌效果好。综合评价结果是鼓风干燥、真空干燥有效成分保留最多,抑菌效果佳。
In order to improve the quality of honeysuckle leaves, the effects of different drying methods on the effective components and antimicrobial effects of honeysuckle leaves were studied. The honeysuckle leaves were dried by drying, drying, freeze-drying, air-drying and vacuum drying respectively. Sensory analysis, high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and antibacterial test in vitro were used to study the effects of drying methods on the effective components and antibacterial activities of honeysuckle Quality impact. The results showed that vacuum drying had the least effect on the color of the leaves, and the leaves were green. The air was dried, dried and lyophilized followed by drying. The drying had the greatest influence on the color of the leaves and the leaves were black. In terms of ingredients, different drying methods have a greater impact on the content of ingredients, of which the area of the total peak of blast drying, vacuum drying of chlorogenic acid and luteolin is larger, and the loss of the active ingredient by other drying methods is more. In terms of bacteriostasis, the antibacterial effect of honeysuckle leaf extract treated by different drying methods had significant difference, of which the blast-drying and vacuum-drying antibacterial effect were good. The results of the comprehensive evaluation are air-dried and vacuum-dried active ingredients retain the most, good antibacterial effect.
