通常,青少年运动员在启蒙训练中首先掌握的几种跑的技术训练方法一是小步跑,二是高抬腿跑,三是后蹬跑.四是后折腿跑,五是车轮跑。目前在专业队中又出现一种直腿快速前摆扒地跑的训练方法。以上这些方法有些在以前的体育院校教科书上也有详细的技术说明。
