大力发展职业教育,加快人力资源开发,是解决“三农”问题,促进就业再就业,把我国巨大的人口压力转化为人力资源优势,构建和谐社会的重要途径。本文分析了职业教育在我国人力资源开发中的地位,新生代农民工职业教育存在的问题,认为加快发展面向农村的职业教育,要完善相关法律法规建设、鼓励新生代农民工与职业学校、劳务中介机构、用人单位建立互惠合作关系及严格执行职业资格证书制度。
Vigorously developing vocational education and accelerating the development of human resources is an important way to solve the “three agricultural issues” and promote employment and reemployment, and to turn our country’s huge population pressure into human resources advantages and building a harmonious society. This paper analyzes the status of vocational education in the development of human resources in our country and the problems existing in the vocational education of the new generation of migrant workers. It thinks that to speed up the development of vocational education for rural areas, we must improve the construction of relevant laws and regulations, encourage the new generation of migrant workers and vocational schools, Intermediary agencies, employers to establish mutually beneficial cooperation and strict implementation of vocational qualification certificate system.
