1.引言元认知策略是有关认知过程的知识,是学习者通过计划、监控以及评估等方法对认知过程进行调整或进行自我管理,它包括事先计划、选择注意、自我管理、自我监控和自我评价等各种策略,它是成功地计划、监控和评估学习活动的必要条件,对改善学习效果起着最为关键的作用。近10年来元认知策略是语言教育界研究的热点问题之一。许多学者探讨了其在外语学习领域的重要性并且探讨其与外语学习技能,即听、说、读、写、译能力培养的关系。
1. Introduction Metacognitive strategies are about cognitive process. They are the process by which learners adjust or self-manage cognitive processes through planning, monitoring and evaluation. It includes prior planning, selective attention, self-management and self-monitoring And self-evaluation strategies that are essential for the successful planning, monitoring and evaluation of learning activities and play the key role in improving learning outcomes. Metacognitive strategy in the past 10 years is one of the hot issues in the field of language education. Many scholars have discussed their importance in the field of foreign language learning and explored their relationship with foreign language skills, namely listening, speaking, reading, writing and translating.
