Sporotrichosis is a chronic granulomatosis caused by the infection of the Spirobacillus neoformans and mainly affects the skin and mucous membranes. Oral clinical treatment with 10% potassium iodide solution is usually effective. As the symptoms disappear after taking at least one month, a longer course of treatment, and potassium iodide oral gastrointestinal irritation, long-term use to patients with inconvenience and pain. From January 2005 to December 2008, the author adopted fluconazole
