我国许多中小型水库都是解放初期建造的,由于水库建设先天不足,后期维护投入不够,都存在严重安全隐患。近年来,各地在对水库进行大坝安全鉴定的基础上进行了认真的除险加固设计。这些设计方案实施后,将彻底消除安全隐患,使水库恢复正常运行,以充分发挥其工程效益。提出了小型水库除险加固设计应注意的几个问题。
Many small and medium-sized reservoirs in our country were built in the early period of liberation. Due to inadequate reservoir construction and insufficient maintenance in the later period, there are serious potential safety problems. In recent years, all over the dam on the basis of reservoir safety assessment carried out on the basis of careful design of reinforcement. After the implementation of these design plans, the potential safety hazard will be completely eliminated, and the reservoir will resume its normal operation so as to give full play to its engineering benefits. Several problems that should be paid attention to in design of reinforcement of small reservoirs are put forward.
