2001年12月24日至26日,全国税务工作会议在北京召开。来自全国各省、自治区、直辖市和计划单列市的国、地税代表们,齐聚一堂,共商税收大计。会议期间,中共中央政治局常委、国务院副总理李岚清与部分代表进行了座谈,并发表了重要讲话。国家税务总局局长金人庆在大会上作的题为《认清形势 统一思想 迎接挑战完善和稳定税制 强化税收征管 为促进国民经济持续快速健康发展多作贡献》的报告,系统总结了2001年的税收工作,科学分析了2002年的税收形势,全面部署了2002年的税收任务,要求全国税务系统认清形势,统一思想,迎接挑战,完善和稳定税制,加强税收征管,为促进国民经济持续快速健康发展多作贡献。
