就气管镜检查者在行支气管肺活检时预测标本质量的水平,以及活检标本大小的肺泡量对诊断价值的影响进行了前瞻性双盲研究。 肺活检前进行病史、胸片复习和体检,并结合CT检查对需要接受活检的局部病变的特点进行分析。肺活检一律在电透下进行。由检查者决定活检次数。由技术员对采集的每份标本均进行质量、大小和漂浮性的评估。标本大小根据是否充满活检钳匙分为小型(浅),中型(平)和大型(满)3类。漂浮性分为4级:1级标本沉于瓶底;2级和3级分别悬浮于容器下半部和上半部;4级悬浮于液面。检查者根据标本颜色,韧性,
A prospective, double-blind study was performed on the diagnostic value of bronchoscope biopsy specimens for predicting the quality of the specimens and the size of the biopsy specimens. History of lung biopsy before, chest X-ray review and physical examination, combined with CT examination of the characteristics of the need for biopsy of local lesions were analyzed.
