1957年厂际竞賽評比会議卽將結束,我談一談1957年厂际競賽的几点基本經驗: 一、在厂际競賽中深刻地体会到:政治是統帅,思想是灵魂。在1956年的評比会議上,我們曾檢查出競賽的政治思想領导未能与生产相結合,跟不上生产發展的需要。石景山發电厂介紹的經驗,也告訴我們在競賽中必須加强政治思想領导,才能出色地完成競賽条件和保証条件。去年上海煉油厂、一厂、三厂、九厂加强了政治思想教育工作,职工生产积極性和創造性大大提高,生产任务就完成得較好。整风运动和
The 1957 Competing Conference will conclude.
