沟通:北京城市管理广播成长的力量

2005年3月1日,北京市委、市政府与时俱进,成立北京城市管理广播,希望通过这个平台,搭建起党和政府与市民之间沟通的桥梁,把市民的需求和愿望搜集上来,及时传达社情民意,反映群众呼声,同时把政府的工作重点和实施步骤告诉广大市民,解决市民与政府信息不对称的问题。并通过这个各级领导干部与广大市民面对面的沟通平台,直接检验各级党委、政府的执政能力。一年来,北京城市管理广播的编采人员学习城市管理科学,掌握城市运行规律,形成自己的办台特色。本刊特别约请边建台长撰文,向我们道出这一年来北京城市管理广播发展背后的故事。 On March 1, 2005, the Beijing municipal government and the municipal government advancing with the times set up the Beijing Urban Management Broadcasting Station. Through this face-to-face communication platform between leading cadres at various levels and the general public, it directly tests the governing ability of Party committees and governments at all levels. In the past year, compilers of Beijing Urban Management Broadcasting have studied the science of urban management and mastered the law of urban operation, forming its own unique feature. In particular, we invited the chief of the Taiwan Affairs Office to write an essay to tell us the story behind the development of Beijing’s urban management broadcasting over the past year.
