报道精神分裂症患者洋金花治疗前后体液中环核苷酸测定及心得安对治疗中的心率影响。结果显示:(1)治疗前后体液中的cAMP含量较对照组为低,而cGMP除尿中排出量较低外,余无差异。两者间的不同倾向,提示可能反映了精神分裂症生化病理机制中的多巴胺——胆硷能系统功能之间的平衡失调。(2)心得安可明显减慢洋金花治疗引起的心率增快,自身空白对照示两者间差异明显。
Reported in patients with schizophrenia Yang Jinhua before and after treatment of body fluid cyclic nucleotide assay and propranolol on the treatment of heart rate. The results showed that: (1) before and after treatment, the cAMP content in body fluid was lower than that in the control group, while cGMP had no difference except for the urine excretion. The different tendencies between the two suggest that may reflect the imbalance between dopamine-cholinergic system function in the biochemical pathological mechanisms of schizophrenia.
