寿光县乡镇医院改归乡镇政府直接领导管理已3年了。这种管理体制改革的利弊得失如何?我们最近进行了调查。结果表明:只要方法对头,乡镇医院改归乡镇政府领导管理,是加快乡镇医院建设的成功之路。
It has been 3 years since Shouguang County Township Hospital was returned to the township government for direct leadership. What are the pros and cons of this kind of management system reform? We recently conducted an investigation. The results show that: as long as the method is correct, the return of township hospitals to the township government leadership management is a successful way to speed up the construction of township hospitals.
