This paper introduces a network performance evaluation software tool system for narrowband services, focusing on its evaluation model, the basic principle, the overall design idea and its implementation in the UNIX and Windows NT network operating system environment. Practice shows that the technical route and evaluation algorithm adopted by this system are correct and feasible. In the network planning, equipment selection and system optimization has broad application prospects.
