说起阳朔,人们会很自然地想到“桂林山水甲天下,阳朔风景甲桂林”这句千古名言。这话确实不虚。但我认为,在阳朔值得称道的决不仅是风景。比如说,阳朔的地方风味菜就堪称我国饮食文化中的一朵奇葩。由于业务的需要,我多次到阳朔,有时一住就是几个月。工作之余,除了游山逛水,就是吃。在阳朔吃饭很方便,可以在酒店的豪华餐厅里点上几个菜,也可以到街上的“大排档”来两碟小炒,不仅价廉物美,而且具有浓郁的地方特色,更可以从中领略阳朔历史悠久的饮食文化。
