村级卫生组织是农村卫生服务的第一线,在保护广大农民的健康中发挥着重大作用。随着农村经济结构和生产形式的变革,为适应社会经济发展和提高农民生活质量的要求。实现“二○○○年人人健康”的战略目标,1988年12月至今年2月,我县对村级卫生组织进行了现状调查,以求探讨其发展方向和完善全面的整、建、管工作,为领导制定农村卫生事业的阶段规划和建立符合本县实际情况的工作模式提供科学依据。
Village-level health organizations are the first line of rural health services and play a major role in protecting the health of the majority of farmers. With the transformation of the rural economic structure and production forms, in order to meet the socio-economic development and improve the quality of life of farmers. To achieve the strategic goal of “Health for All in 2000”, from December 1988 to February this year, the county conducted a survey of village-level health organizations in order to explore its direction of development and improve its overall construction and construction. The management work provides scientific basis for the leaders to formulate the stage of rural health undertakings and establish a work model that meets the actual conditions of the county.
