一个孩子进入专业音乐学校学习,中小学阶段是他们成长过程中最为关键的时期,教师的责任非常重要。基于这种认识,作为老师,我给自己定下的原则是:教书育人,为人师表。它成为我的座右铭,在我的教学中起着决定性作用。诲人不倦,做学生的知心朋友;引导学生,用学生易于听懂的语言上课;用生动的语言把难懂的钢琴课变得生动、有趣,使学生的演奏充满乐趣;和学生一起进入富有创造性、有想象力,形象生动、难以忘怀的课堂,上好每堂课是我的宗旨。
