介绍一种简单、快速的定量测定循环血小板聚集率的方法——F-EDTA法。对34例以此法测定的血小板聚集率,与以电镜检测的血小板聚集型和聚集数相关有显著性。相关系数分别为0.5111和0.5794(P<0.05)。12份血样相隔30′~60′两次计数,结果差异不显著。 52例急性缺血性脑血管病患者血小板聚集率(44.75±2.88)增高,与37例对照血小板聚集率(29.75±2.07)差异有显著性(P<0.001)。表明血小板聚集性增高在急性缺血性脑血管病病因上有重要作用。 认为此方法简便、可靠。可用作研究急性缺血性脑血管病病因、筛选其危险因素、评定其治疗效果的方法之一。
A simple and rapid method for the quantitative determination of circulating platelet aggregation rate - F-EDTA method. The platelet aggregation rate measured by this method in 34 cases was significantly correlated with platelet aggregation and aggregation number detected by electron microscopy. The correlation coefficients were 0.5111 and 0.5794, respectively (P <0.05). 12 blood samples separated by 30 ’~ 60’ twice, the results were not significantly different. The platelet aggregation rate (44.75 ± 2.88) in 52 patients with acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease was significantly higher than that in 37 patients (29.75 ± 2.07) (P <0.001). That platelet aggregation increased in the cause of acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease has an important role. Think this method is simple and reliable. It can be used as a method to study the etiopathogenisis of acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease, screen its risk factors and assess its therapeutic effect.
