山东铝厂氧化铝生产所需设备多,噪声源分布面广,接触噪声人群多,对人体危害突出。从1985年起先后对该厂主要噪声岗位采取了不同类型的噪声防护措施:(1)螺杆压缩机按装了沈阳噪声控制厂制造的隔声罩,噪声从111dB(A)降至84dB(A);煤粉磨按装了该厂制造的隔声罩,噪声从106dB(A)降至86dB(A)。(2)鼓风机按装该厂制造的消声器,噪声从107dB(A)降至94dB(A)。(3)万能破碎机按装河南鹤壁市噪声设备厂制造的隔声
