《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010一2020年)》、《教育部关于推进高等职业教育改革创新引领职业教育科学发展的若干意见》以及《国务院关于加强教师队伍建设的意见》明确要求,高职院校要以“双师型”教师为重点,加强职业院校教师队伍建设。由此可见,“双师型”教师队伍建设已成为各高职院校师资队伍建设的重中之重,是彰显高职教育特色、提高教学质量的关键。对于坚持内涵发展,全面提高办学水平的我们,加强“双师型”教师队伍建设,更是尤为迫切。一、“双师型”教师的概念目前对“双师型”教师概念的界定,相关文献很多,综合起来,主要有以下三种概念标准。第一,在现行的国家教委、中共中央国务院、教育部等部门下发的教育文件中,“双师型”教师的概念和表述屡见不鲜。第二,“双师型”教师的概念,日益受到了
