目的观察补阳还五汤加减联合西比灵治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的疗效。方法将140例PCI眩晕患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各70例,在常规治疗基础上,对照组予敏使朗及西比灵治疗,治疗组口服补阳还五汤加减联合西比灵。治疗后比较两组的临床疗效及血液流变学等参数。结果治疗后,治疗组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),血液流变学参数比治疗前有显著改善(P<0.05),且低切全血粘度、红细胞聚集指数较对照组改善更为明显,治疗后椎基底动脉系统血流速度较对照组明显增快(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤加减联合西比灵既能改善后循环缺血性眩晕的症状,又能改善椎基底动脉系统血流,值得临床应用。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with Xidengling on ischemic vertigo. Methods 140 cases of patients with vertigo were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 70 cases. On the basis of conventional treatment, the control group was given Minoxan and Sibelium. The treatment group was treated with Buyanghuanwu Decoction combined with Sibelium . After treatment, the clinical efficacy and hemorheology parameters of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05), and the parameters of hemorheology were significantly improved (P <0.05), and the whole blood viscosity and the index of erythrocyte aggregation were improved more Obviously, the vertebrobasilar system blood flow velocity was significantly higher than that of the control group after treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with Sibelium can not only improve the symptoms of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo, but also improve the vertebrobasilar system blood flow, which is worthy of clinical application.
