目的探讨冷冻丝光绿蝇蛹对丽蝇蛹集金小蜂繁殖的影响。方法考查丽蝇蛹集金小蜂在冷冻丝光绿蝇蛹内的发育历期、后代大小和雌蜂寿命、后代的寄生和繁殖能力。结果丽蝇蛹集金小蜂在-20℃和-70℃冷冻后不同时间丝光绿蝇蛹内的发育历期约为13d,后代雌蜂体长约为1.8mm,雄蜂体长约为1.2mm,后代雌蜂寿命约为11d,与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);冷冻丝光绿蝇蛹中羽化出的丽蝇蛹集金小蜂对正常丝光绿蝇蛹的寄生率为83%~90%,寄生后蝇蛹的出蜂率为73%~80%,每蛹出蜂数约为37只,雌蜂比90%左右,与对照组比较差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论冷冻丝光绿蝇蛹对丽蝇蛹集金小蜂后代的发育和繁殖能力均无显著影响。
Objective To investigate the effects of green chrysalis pupae on the reproduction of Aphelenchoides microphylla. Methods The developmental duration, the size of the offspring and the life of the female bee, the parasitism and reproduction of the offspring were studied in the pupae of Pyrenean green flies. Results The developmental duration of pupal pupae was about 13 days in the adult pupae of Pyrenophora meleagridus after frozen at -20 ℃ and -70 ℃. The length of the female wasp was about 1.8mm and that of the male was about 1.2mm. The life span of the female wasps was about 11 days, there was no significant difference compared with that of the control group (P> 0.05). The parasitism rate of the pupae collected from the frozen silkworm Lucilia sericata pupae to normal Lucilia sericata pupae was 83% ~ 90% respectively. The pupae of the pupae were parasitized at 73% ~ 80%, and the number of pupae per pupa was about 37 and that of the female wasps was about 90%, showing no significant difference compared with the control group (P> 0.05 ). Conclusion The results showed that the chrysalis pupae had no significant effect on the development and reproduction of the offspring of Apteryx polygamis.
