花草茶虽然还是一种新兴饮料,但是追溯历史,发现早在古代欧洲的药物典籍中就记载有植物新鲜花朵和干燥的叶片人们用来冲泡饮用了。据说古罗马帝国后宫中的嫔妃,也喜好用多种鲜花泡茶喝;西班牙的皇室也每年派人到世界各地去采集时令鲜花,供自己饮用或是招待贵宾;
