In this paper, 73 cases of primary nephropathy and 53 cases of acute nephritis in children with HBsAg detection, the negative rates were 17.8% and 18.8%, respectively, with the normal population in the region compared with the results of HBsAg was significantly elevated, and thus suspected hepatitis B Is it possible that the virus is one of the causes of primary glomerular disease, which causes hepatitis B-associated nephritis through an immune response. Clinical analysis shows that: nephritis with endogenous hematuria as the main clinical manifestations may be associated with varying degrees of liver damage and liver function, duration of the disease, often repeated attacks; manifested as kidney disease, are mostly nephritis, nephropathy is not sensitive to hormone therapy . The authors suggest that children with persistent HBsAg should be examined urinary routine and renal function in the future, HBsAg should be routinely checked in patients with nephropathy and nephritis, and more biopsies of liver and kidney should be made to further reveal the relationship between the two.
