在NaOH或NH_3·H_2O介质中,用Fe(OH)_3共沉淀富集分离钙,然后用对乙酰基偶氮羧分光光度法测定的新方法,已成功地应用于Al、Cu、Zn、Ni等试样中痕量钙的测定。最近,笔者根据乙二胺对许多金属离子具有较强的络合能力,及其结合质子的能力又比NH_3大得多的特性,我们研究并建立了用对乙酰基偶氮羧分光光度法测定钴和镉中痕量钙的新方法,对几种Co,Cd样品进行了分析,并用原子吸收光度法进行对照测定,两种方法的结果相符。现将我们的研究工作介绍如下。
